Ingredients
| 700 gr | Sugar |
| 360 gr | Soft butter |
| 8 gr | Fine salt |
| 400 gr | Whole eggs |
| 1000 gr | Weak flour |
| 10 gr | Baking |
| 450 gr | Bari shelled almonds |
| 450 gr | Cubes of Dark Chocolate |
Method
Mix powdered sugar, soft butter and salt without whipping.
Add the eggs and wait until the ingredients are homogeneous.
Add the powders mixed together (flour-baking), as soon as they are absorbed, switch off the machine.
Dress by means of a sac a poche with a 16mm diameter smooth piping tip on baking trays with baking paper.
Preparation
Bake at 170°C with the valve open for 20 minutes.
Bring to room temperature and slice to the thickness of 1 cm, then put on grills to bake in the oven at 135 ° C for 40-45’ with the valve open.
Allow to cool down and wrap.
